Welcome to the official website of the 2023 9th International Conference on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (ICRAI 2023) which was established in Singapore in 2015. This year, ICRAI 2023 will be held in Singapore on November 17-19, 2023.
The organizing committees for the 9th International Conference on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (ICRAI 2023) will commit for facilitating the interactions among members in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. Through this conference, the committees intends to enhance the sharing of individual experience and expertise in robotic developments involving a range of AI concepts with particular emphasis on technical challenges associated with varied applications such as humanoid, mobile and other classes of robots.
2023年第九届机器人与人工智能国际会议（ICRAI 2023）将于2023年11月17-19日在新加坡召开。ICRAI会议旨在促进该领域的学术交流与合作，热忱欢迎从事相关技术的专家，学者和专业技术人员踊跃投稿。

Conference Proceedings
After a rigorous reviewing process, accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published on ICRAI 2023 Proceedings, which will be submitted for ACM Digital Library inclusion and Ei Compendex, Scopus index, etc.
Abstract submission will also be accepted, but only full papers could be included in the conference proceedings.

• ICRAI 2021 Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8585-5) has been online in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
• ICRAI 2020 Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8859-7) has been online in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
• ICRAI 2019 Conference Proceedings (ISBN:978-1-4503-7235-0) has been online in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
• ICRAI 2018 conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6584-0) has been online in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
• ICRAI 2017 conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-5358-8) has been online in ACM digital library and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus index.
Policy on Plagiarism
All papers submitted to ICRAI 2023 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be automatically rejected. A list of Authors of the papers identified in the category of plagiarism will be forwarded to the press and your organization.
